Yes, well, these Aggregate miners are experts at mining ore. Maybe we could see a deal where they take care of the road upgrade + expanding, and opening up the open-pit and running the mining of the ore to the plant, along with, of course, the removal of the majority of waste rock...then make their cut from the aggregate sales.
This, of course, would dramatically change the CAPEX/OPEX numbers for the upcoming BFS
