Except for a takeover Shells sell off will hold the price down as instos re'adjust there WPL %s in antisipation of taking up the slack Shells share sell off will create, in all probability deals have already been done. IMO there will be no big sustained rises till Shell has offloaded so wouldnt hold ya breath.
