@pintohoo - there is a lot wrong with many countries in our present world, but the U.S.A. seem to have lived in a state of denial for so long - it will be a nasty waking-up. Need to do some work - half the day gone, but I did sleep in Watched a wonderful French chef last night, doing simple dishes ("Guillaume" somebody?) and he 'did the West Coast of France - what a beautiful place!!! Where do you live? (P.S. I am going to do his potato dish for lunch, except I find Aussie potatoes somewhat tasteless, should go to the Growers Markets for my veggies . . . ) Go well
