no Palestinians are not an ethno national group. Palestine has never been a nation and even when Hussein was negotiating with Britain over support for them against the ottomans it was not a conversation about a Palestinian state but about a greater Arab state I think Hussein rather had in mind a state that covered the whole of the area that the ottomans called Syria Damascus and the administrative areas which existed within that area

as to whether I don’t see Israel without Palestinians. Palestinians currently live within areas an and b of the West Bank and in Gaza. No Jew would dare enter area a because they’d lynched and or killed. There are however 2 million Arabs in Israel as Israeli citizens - there by choice and for tte most part of you gave them a choice of living under the so called Palestinian governments their choice would be very clear. you were the one, if you recall, that suggested sending all Jews out of Israel and returning it to the people who decided they were no longer Arabs but Palestinians So my view is that if clearing a people out of their home is acceptable let’s put all the permutations on the table
just imagine if the Arabs had decided to accept an Israeli state and not try to obliterate them they might still have been there and thriving in a democracy rather than relying on terrorists to (mis) govern them
choices being consequences. But obviously those choices have not worked out well for them
