Not my policies, I was simply explaining alcohol taxes using economics theory. I would welcome lower taxes on tobacco, alcohol and fuel, but it's not going to happen.
Cannabis for recreational use is largely illegal, I'd be more than happy for it to become legal and taxes applied. That will happen eventually, unfortunately it will not happen without taxes
