If the company has replied to the suspension notice in a timely manner say last Wednesday and the announcements were made within the guidelines historically imposed on it.
isn't this the opportunity to clear up questions of confidence in the asx managing the listing of this small company out of its Perth office, have proper and fair guidelines been followed?
