Up until 20 June Finran and Finran Capital management appeared to hold 235 mil, or 11.62% of the issued capital, with other institutions and individuals holding the remaining 88.38%. Assuming that these entities acquired more in the recent entitlement and they have a couple of friendly parties, that 235 mil could easily have been made up to circa 300 mil SOI in relation to any resolution.
Could 88% or even 1/4 of it have defeated 11.62% - 17%?
