    Yep. My take on it is that DL is not complying with the Listing Rule & not telling SH what steps he's taking to comply, for a collateral purpose. It went into suspension almost immediately after it skyrocketed. Outrageous to deprive long-suffering SH of this opportunity without a squeak.
