And after 20 years of study, you eventually spend a total of $300k-$500k including years of sacrifices of parents looking after you when you were sick, eventually to become a surgeon. And that’s how analysts value you, you’re worth at cost, nothing more.
WA8 is the same. You’d spend $60-$80m per million ounces proving up 3.2m oz of gold. That’s how analysts value you. They don’t care if you’re an MD with PhD and have 30 years experience; they don’t care if youre a geo and you drill 100.000 meters in the outback braving heat, snakes and mozzies. They only value you based on cost. And worse, if they smell a capital raise, they value you even less than half as they did claiming WA8 in their opportunistic estimation is worth only at 10cents to benefit seagulls who pay commission, oh and the clients actually don’t pay commission, wa8 does pay their commission.
It is important to take as much money from the spp now and ensure the next raise will be at 50cents if not $1.
