No stopping them now, and I'd imagine applied WW patients in every case. I always recalled they mentioned working on other patients, for the now IXR chemical coy with an African mining arm. There is not enough of these vital ingredients for now, let alone future needs to go round, so countries are restricting supply set by the Chinese example. The USA has shown it is capable of doing anything, provided it has enough rare earths, plays brilliantly into our hands fortunately or unfortunately putting the political aspects to one side.
