Maybe manipulate by INTL buyer to sell on OTC
Some say price might go to 6.9 will wait and see
If you held say 3million shares at 9cents and price was falling why not sell and buy back in at 7cents same amount of Shares plus around $60.000 in cash nothing changed traders playing the game
