I should have actually used "timeframe" not "deadline". Quite honestly, as long as it is completed soon, it doesn't matter if it is this week or the week after that.
Based on the last communication shared here where there were just a few minor changes, they must surely have the document completed by now and just be waiting for the signing day to arrive. Surely! hahaha
