if our EV was roughly (ignoring options for simplicity) $283m (462m shares at 63c less 10m cash guestimate).
Then post raise to end up with the same EV, with 552.7m shares on issue - it would be the equivalent of circa 62c.
You cant calculate market cap and ignore the cash we have coming in.
so 552.7m x 62c = $343m with $60m cash on hand = $283m ev. same as pre raise.
