Why on earth would they do the move, if they had nothing in the pipeline
Better still, why would they have gotten the Govt financial support if they had nothing in the pipeline

Basically, you said:
"Why spend all this money when they have none coming in (apart from shareholder capital)?"

How on earth do you get that? Pretty sure you'll find deals like the one they got for funding, and multi million dollar moves and facility expansions don't get done for the hell of it.

There must be things in the pipeline, we just aren't privy to it, which is at times, such as when the sp has slid so much, frustrating.

It's either got more to go or it's a massive bargain, that's the million dollar question
