He is NOT saying it will be in September. He is saying that if we get more delays, that is his estimate of the latest they could sign without delaying drilling this year.
At the moment, the latest we have heard is by the end of this quarter. So within a week. There are jitters from some of us as we approach that timeframe but at the moment, there is nothing to suggest we won't get it close to that time. Apart from a history of time slippages. Sigh.
