Yes I suspect that may well be the case. If anyone has not read the article on Edge Impulse you have linked it is compulsory reading for genuine shareholders and investors. My favourite statement which sums up the whole value proposition appears in the following extracted paragraph. I have highlighted it in red:"The basic game plan was to use a BrainChip Akida Raspberry Pi Developer Kit in conjunction with a machine learning image classifier that has been finely tuned by Edge Impulse to make the most of the Akida processor.
