The current seismic campaign is a 17,000km , US$20 million program of which 7,200km ( 40%appx) is WHN territory. So, it seems WHN will have a seismic bill of around US$8 million.
You will note that the WHN release dated 25 November advised the raising of $5million would complete the acquisition of Seyco ( from memory around $3million) and enable WHN to fund the INITIAL PAYMENTS for the seismic program.
SO they will need more money to pay for the balance of the seismic program.
