For all NPV calcs, work backwards from the fact they are unlikely to be able to sell more than 15,000 tons into the market. So still great IRR, as they can start in an even higher grade lens, but their max revenue is roughly $600 million US. Can’t imagine getting above $4 billion US in NPV, unless supply guarantee premium is paid by steel makers.
