...and there you have it...sellers at $0.001 and no buyers,..says a lot about the company and its VERY POOR Management.
Coming back to Minions statement I agree...a 50 to 1 consolidation will get this to about 5 cents per share ....a denomination that can then continue to decrease further e.g. quickly to 4 cents., then the decline to 3 cents, then 2 cents, then 1 cent etc ...
The 2 major shareholders MUST sack current management...as no existing shareholder will fund this company nor management salaries by way of future capital raisings.
