So can I just double check something.

WAL's current MC is 35mil.

If they get the additional 7mil of shares, the total value of thier interest in CLR is about 53mil.

So like...wtf. Is there a mistake anywhere?

(I know the shares etc are subject to escrow periods, but they werent going to sell them anytime soon anyway)

And here I am thinking markets are efficient because thats what they teach at university
