Its actually just pure logically thinking as it took 3 years to come up with a document that was not legally compliant with existing laws and legislations that posters here think they can just come up with a new one in a few weeks with rushed legal reviews and processes. Its more SM making throw away comments thinking its best that something like saying "in the coming weeks" is better than nothing
