IF they are NOT gpoing to lodge - IMO - they HAVE to have at least talked to Asset and submit to the Courts a request for an 'extension' (whatever it is called in the Fed Court) AND the Justice - should he agreee (and im sure he would allow it) - will issue a NEW Order (I assume this would have to be a Consent Order) which would no doubt change all the times/dates again. If this was to happen - IMO - the Juctice would have already been advised by now.
Only reason for this to happen is ......................................................................................
