The big three religions in the Middle East - for a large part of history have been at war or fighting.
There is no solution by interference.
The solution is ------
Ringfence the place.
Stop all support.
Let them all work it out for themselves.
If any of their members in other nations give trouble - deport them to the Middle East.
If any of them in the Middle East take a step out of the Middle East - eliminate them.
they will live with what they have, if they fight - the survivors will get on. If they decide to get on and live in harmony - given a trial period of about 50 years -
let them out on condition of making no trouble for the next century.
