    All shareholders should vote down resolutions 6, 8 &10.

    Oakley Capital is taking the piss with the free shares they are going to receive for the placement and facilitator of the transaction. Way above going market rates. Yes they deserve compensation for their role played but the proposes amounts are an absolute piss take.
