Management do not see it as a problem, and imho that is the problem.

I want to ask a few questions;
550M shares now in US investors hands, bought cheaply, how do they sell them? on the OTCQB and ask for a higher price?
Soon US investors will own the majority of shares outside of top 20 who are holders, me included.
I believe we, especially the top 4, are not concerned about the day to day price if our goal is dividends in a few years time, but the investors outside the top 20 are entitled to sell at a fair price, and management has a duty to do so, a legal duty of care imho.
