It makes no sense to me, my theory is that MMs buy as a Wolfpack on the ASX and then sell on the OTCQB only caring to get $50 trade fees.
That theory does not address how US buyers sell for a profit, all I see is price suppression on the ASX and on the OTCQB, it looks and smells like a scam.
