I have tried my best to put the problem before SB, but you are more qualified and knowledgeable on the subject, you need to talk to SB asap.
I guess a time will come when there will be no weak hands holding DTR on the ASX, but until then it is unfair, immoral and probably illegal, to my mind de-list from the OTCQB and list with the NYSE.
Having said that I am a physicist and former geophysicist, so I will bow out, and just sit on my shares until I get dividend cheques.
