Yes @johndprent, a lot of effort for little return.
As people might have gathered, FRE is always willing to try novel approaches, and given our HC profile, being the first to use the HC platform to raise investor funds seemed like a sound idea. Not so, but no worries. At least we suffered only very minor dilution at the low price offered.
We can now go back to focusing on the business.
