while its an ethical issue. Is it also a legal issue of the BOD of a company are deliberately hampering shareholders ability to earn a return on their shares. Shouldnt this be announced if they were deliberately turning down offtakes based on the fact they wanted to merge and lose the shareholders massive amounts of capital.
