I hadnt registered with MUFG, so they didnt have my bank details. They were sending me a cheque - which to some people here may be risky if they have moved house.
After calling them they were happy assist in either updating the details and issuing the refund, or letting you wait for the cheque arrival (which was mailed on the 24th)
