After the BIG debate on the PEN thread last week concerning T/A V's F/A, I couldnt resist having a close look.
I used Fib Projections from the all time low for two previous breakouts & the Verticle Fib's as a time line, for a calculation of the next leg up (if there is one) and the time line for it.
Thought I might as well put it out there and see what happens. I dont know much about PEN so it is totally unbiased.
