Aside from my lighthearted comment, I’d like to point out that over the years, I’ve dealt with numerous contracts relating to copyrights, along with their attached appendices and supporting documents. From that experience, I can say my post above is relatively straight forward by comparison. There’s really nothing overly complex or unusual, however it’s worth mentioning that the way this information is presented as a single, unbroken block of text does makes it quite difficult to read and digest.
