    Perhaps we'll still see those in the near future because the US-Iran conflict hasn't really gone anywhere and will continue. It has been put on pause for now.

    In 2002, a U.S. military war game called "Millennium Challenge 2002" pitted the American fleet against a simulated Iranian force. The U.S. forces suffered a simulated catastrophic defeat, with the "enemy" destroying a significant portion of the fleet in a matter of minutes. The exercise was stopped and restarted with pre-determined outcomes after the "defeat".
