    SLI and moreso Lanxess have been operating for years now without any issues...

    intrepid and others have been reinjecting without any issues..

    geothermal operates on the same in and out..
    confidence in the process is strong given the BEOT O&G have enterred the oil field DLE space, I'd imagine they've done their DD..

    (definately not the end of the world if ASN need to use a pump)

    EXIM have provided a LOI for $330mill...ASN are in the process of ticking off the boxes needed...

    also ASN could just sell eluate....

    ASN have so much support from utah government and others ....
