Sorry Sally to disappoint you but I was enjoying time with my grand daughter and family at Noosa. The last subject on my mind was HC and/or MWE.

I am not sure of your background but am curious as to how you have the inside knowledge that it is MWE that is guilty of causing the delay. Have you considered that it might be due to an administrative delay within the CSA (Canadian Securities Administrators).

My investment decisions do not hang on daily/weekly or monthly milestones, so minor delays do not cause me to either get concerned or to reach conclusions based on 'unknowns'.

Again I counsel the merits of patience and strongly recommend that you take a more relaxed approach to the timeliness of 'estimated' deadlines and milestones.
