EMBATTLED AFL player manager Ricky Nixon has sold his Kew family home for $2.2 million.
Nixon sealed the lucrative deal last week as details of his hotel-room meeting with the 17-year-old girl at the centre of the St Kilda photo scandal became public.
The 47-year-old was believed to be overseas yesterday as real estate sources confirmed the sale had gone through.
The sale fell $300,000 short of the $2.5 million Nixon had been hoping for.
Selling agent Tim Fletcher confirmed the Kew house was sold last week, but would not comment further.
