I don't defend Iran in any of my posts. the country is run by a theocracy and this No.1 on the fault list; the leadership is essentially tribal; same as the state of Israel. thats No.2 as it engenders fear and hatred. makes enemies of anyone who is different. No.3 is a total disregard for the lives of the enemies non-combatant civilians; another shared with Israel.
I don't defend Israel for the same reasons I don't defend Iran.
but this is about Aus defence spending. do you agree with Trump that a set %age is our obligation to comply with? or should we make our own decisions? what do you think is necessary for the national defence?
