BRETTO, no project of this size goes as planned. There will always be hiccups, cost over-runs, changes to design part way through, time over-runs, delays on delivery of equipment etc. etc. but this is normal. Just don't expect the thing to run like clockwork. Even BHP are experiencing delays on their Olympic Dam project, and if they are not experienced at building and commissioning, who is?

This is not knocking CDU - just warning against unrealistic expectations.
