Have a mate who works for BHP he is sick of the beuracratic delays coming out of HO Melbourne. As he is looking to jumpship with I'll not detail his concerns or are of expertise - but They are creating their own delays.

Delays by oversight or too much overseeing are still delays.

CDU will just need to pull in the right advisers on a 1 off project [apart from augmentation and tuning] - so it will be easier to keep things on track - outside infuluences aside.
