    For what it is worth the main reason for using locally made mining plant is there are less stuffs ups. In Asia when they are assembling plant there are helpers by the dozen to fix stuff ups. In Australia in the middle of nowhere labour is incredibly expensive and stuff ups are really expensive to fix.
