I am interested in learning more about the U.S. patients who have signed consents, especially as the Clinicaltrial.gov listing states, "Not Recruiting."
Recruiting patients when the official status is "Not Recruiting" would be a violation of ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements for transparency and patient protection. It could also lead to significant issues with regulatory bodies (like the FDA in the US) and ethical review boards (IRBs/ECs).
Either Paradigm's Regulatory Department needs to update the listing asap or something is amiss.
