Wouldn't there be a point in time when the ASX could force NKP to re-list because their reason for being in a TH isn't valid enough?

Maybe it's worth sending the ASX an e-mail for those looking to have access to their hard earned.......

I can't see any valid reason for being held in a trading halt and for those people that are against relisting because they feel that they will lose their wealth. . . .Newsflash, it's too late!!!!
