Billt5, I'm pretty sure that the bot was also the seller last time. They are only selling about 6000 odd shares at 13cents. To me that causes sellers to load up the 13.5 sell queue. This way he is depressing the price.
The current seller then has a lot more to buy at 13.5 which is what he really wants.
