So there we have it.
GR gets control with 20% and no premium.
Absorbs the admin into one his related coy's (for a tidy fee stream).
Changes the name to match his other badged coy's.
Raises $30m to fund his related party ventures AND charges us 1% to "advise" on it.
We now know the nature of the beast here.
