This is a tough one and IMO being driven by the lack of communication from NWKE.
The original reason for the trading suspension was so NWKE could seek clarity regarding the media claims of legal action by Anglo and ARM (10.12.10). It now seems the suspension is for the DMR decision (24.01.11).
Bearing in mind the Concourt case didn't raise NWKE's eyebrows enought to make an ASX announcement until after the event and SP moved downwards.
IMO the market has the information (whether it is good or bad) and this company should be trading. The market will decide the SP and there will be winners and losers.
The current Suspension is not fair as the information is clear - The assets are in dispute. Set the SP from there - Hold if you wish - Sell if want.
