I simply hope that the new Chief rozzer in Victoria, a tall Kiwi gentleman does what he promises when he said in his opening presser that the crime rate in Victoria is too high. Of course we living here know this, but it wasn't a bad initial gambit. Simple. Sure. Obvious. Sure. But with that big bold statement coming from a dude dressed in the blu suit with a lot of regalia and shiny metal, it looked good. He didn't say anything else with any real meat to it, he really doesn't have to because the obvious has been the obvious for many many tears now. He did the standard introduction that we got used to with the garbage daily Dan Andrews Covid brain dead postings from some Fitzroy gardens.
