Going from a site to functioning plant can be quite straight forward, until it isn't. Too much to teach you about this subject. Please refrain from the equivalent of ramping and trying to close discussion when its clear to me neither of you don't know what you are talking about on this subject.

The best thing CDU can do is avoid "running this project". Leave it to the contracted parties and when they screw up, screw them. That's how its supposed to work. The minute CDU puts its oar in the water officially, kapow, the crap goes to CDU's balance sheet. This advice is totally opposite from what you guys were spouting.
