    Cobrakai - very different business. LIC have a large DMF component which is under a lot of scrutiny from a regulatory and public image (ala A Current Affair). GLF do not have exit fees, i.e. pay for home on entry and pay ground rent into perpetuity (backed by govt. rent assistance). It is probably the hottest real asset class in Australia at the moment.
