We certainly do still have a company. I can't see why we don't have an increase of NTA as this unwinds even though we will have a much smaller company. The time is right for "separation". The time has come for CNP to stop using CER as a cash cow apart from its shareholding that should now be in a position to pay out regular dividends. We have been dragged down long term by CNP's negative equity.

The question for CNP holders is whether or not CNP will come out of this on the same basis. They wove a great big web forgetting that the bigger the web, the bigger the spider that lurks within.
