In a previous life I rented in Glebe (back in early 1970s). So what was the asking price of the house you got, just give us an inking of the percentage drop if you do not want to mention sums.

I have not visited Glebe for some years, but what I remember of it was a lot of old housing, with a considerable number being in poor condition. In what sort of condition did you buy it?
